CARTAGENA SPAIN WALKING TOUR

Cartagena is a city with more than 2,500 years of history which offers to its visitors, in each corner and in each one of its streets and squares, monumental testimonies of its magnificent historical past, brought by the civilizations that arrived here through its port.

The tour will start with a visit of the Parque Torres (Torres Park) situated on the Concepción Mountain in the city centre from where you have beautiful views of the historic city centre and the bay of Cartagena. For your convenience we will take the panoramic lift to access to the Park.

In this tour we will visit the Roman Theatre, one of the most important Spanish archaeological discoveries. We will see the port, protected by Carlos III great wall where we will find the first submarine prototype made by the Carthaginian Isaac Peral, and we will see the historic centre where you will appreciate beautiful examples of the modern architecture dated from the beginning of the century.
